Shipping of your parcel

The transport of your order is handled directly by Chirripo. The delivery time and shipping terms are confirmed to you when your quote is approved. If delivery tracking is available, a link will be provided so you can track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight and volume of the order. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order: we cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Packaging dimensions are adapted and your items are properly protected.
